Liftex 2025 WOW!
Last week Syntium Lifts again supported the industry association – LEIA, and the wider industry with our superb stand at the Liftex 2025 trade show.
The show was another huge success for Syntium Lifts and also our parent company following the recent acquisition in April by our Italian suppliers – Esse-ti SRL – the developers and manufacturers of our great Synplicity and Syntium product range.
Many of our existing and loyal customers came to visit, not only to say hello and thank you, but also to witness the launch of the new state-of-the-art Syntium ASSIST product – our new fully digital evacuation and fire-fighting intercom system.
Visitors were immediately drawn to the fantastic and intuitive design of the ASSIST product display screen, which allows persons not that familiar with lift evacuation, to use the system easily and without problem, unlike other similar products from our competitors. Then once activated and the audio quality was heard, it was clear that this product is the market leader in lift communication, and without a doubt, the future of lift communication.
Whilst the star of the show may have been the Syntium ASSIST product, our Syntium SMART WEB cloud-based monitoring system for Syntium products and also third-party systems, was also hugely popular, as many people begin to see the real benefits in modern autodialler and lift monitoring. The state-of-the-art SMART WEB product really is the way forward for both remote monitoring as well as remote configuration, and once you experience the fantastic and intuitive user interface and detailed information provided, you will wish that you had the product years ago!
The ever popular and flexible Synplicity 4G autodialler product was also in demand, as it is the only product you would need for emergency lift communication, with the outstanding and unrivalled audio quality, a fully compliant autodialler unit and a fully compliant fire-fighting intercom system – and with lift monitoring built-in too!
The sunset of the 2G and 3G mobile networks along with the switch off of the BT copper landlines network (PSTN), continue to dominate the conversation within lift communication circles. Our recently launched Syntium IP 4G product is proving very popular, as it uses any internal IP based telephone system, and then provides an automatic switchover to the 4G mobile network, a real bonus for building owners and consultants alike.
Any customers who wish to understand the impacts of the forthcoming telephone network changes and also what their options are going forwards, can get more information by contacting our office.
